We have collected talents in chemistry, formulation, biology and regulatory in our team, and further work with external collaborators in other functions. Jian Bao, PhD
Co-founder, CEO
Dr. Bao worked for over 18 years on drug development, including various positions with Pfizer, W.R.Grace and Covidien, led and contributed to multiple US and Europe FIH submissions.
She received PhD from Univ. of Pittsburgh (2001) and B.S. from Beijing Univ., (1996) both in organic chemistry.
She is a certified black belt in 6-sigma; author and inventor of 15 journal articles and patent grants.
Jun Li, PhD

Dr. Li has over 10 years of experience working on nanoparticle drug delivery technology in both academic and industry, such as Emory University, UNC Chapel Hill and Nitto Denko Technical.
Dr Li was a recognized expert in this field. He was the reviewer of NIH SBIR grant and invited reviewer of several international journals in the field of drug delivery.
Dr. Li received his B.S and Ph.D from Hunan University. Dr. Li is the key inventor for the delivery technologies used in ZY Therapeutics Inc.
Bajin Han, PhD
VP Non-clinic Development
Dr. Han has over 25 years of experience in biomedical / pharmaceutical development, project management and commercialization. He has broad knowledge and skills in experimental therapeutics (physiology, pharmacology and safety assessment). He was vice-chairman of the EU Chamber of Commerce in China.
Dr. Han has more than 30 publications and contributed to eight IND submissions. Dr. Han received Ph.D. in pharmacology and reproductive endocrinology from Tongji Medical University
